Meet Susan Sahwani- Garcia Owner / Glacière of Chocolate Wasted Ice Cream Co.
Founded in the desire to make a truly honest product sourcing locally and sustainably as much as possible. With a back ground in community and public heath Susan knew she wanted a simple, high quality, handcrafted artisan ice cream. She created recipes that were free of preservatives, stabilizers, artificial flavoring or colors, custard free and gluten free!
Susan’s flavors are well known for being unique from her Blueberry Lavender to her signature Chocolate Wasted Chocolate.

A favorite on Fox 26 news segments and regular vendor in several farmers and art markets, Zagat rated as a Houston favorite ice cream and Zagat rated Top 15 in the U.S as must try ice creams, Chocolate Wasted ice cream co. is on its way to becoming a household name.

All We Need is a small woman owned and operated dairy farm in Fort Bend County just 45 minutes from downtown Houston.  Stacey Roussel and her family raise Nubian and Lamancha Dairy Goats.  The milk from their herd is used to make award winning gelato pops which can be found at farmers markets, some of the very best restaurants in Houston, mom and pops shops, a few Bar-B-Q joints and a couple of gas stations and feed stores.

The Roussels have a commitment to sustainable agriculture and a desire to to support other local farmers by using as much local flavor as possible in their pops and creating a product that is both delicious and truly unique to Houston.

Bare Bakery creates desserts of a higher order, free of gluten, grains, and refined sugar. Launched in 2016, Bare Bakery is the creative (but necessary) endeavor of founder Kelly Cornelison who discovered the overwhelming need for allergen-restricted sweets in the market due to skyrocketing increases in food allergies amongst children and adults alike. Now Bare Bakery is filling the void of these highly sought-after gluten-free goodies in Houston and beyond.
