Edwin Hui

Edwin Hui, originally from New York, grew up in Houston with a restaurant industry background thanks to his parents who are partners in Houston’s own Tiger Den and Aka Sushi House. Having lived in two of America’s most diverse cities, he draws his inspiration by the eclectic cultures he grew up around. He pays homages to his upbringing by taking classic cocktails and adding pleasant elements to elevate his craft.
