To celebrate, Fleming’s is showcasing the bold, regional flavors of food and wine during a National Wine Dinner on Friday, March 10 starting at 6:30 p.m. There is an endless world of culinary possibilities when refined cuisine and an exquisite varietal meet. Starting at $79, Guests can sip and savor their way across the Southern Hemisphere with a wine-paired, three-course menu, including: Ora King Salmon, Rack Of Lamb and Filet and Flavor Flight, featuring a main filet mignon served with a flavor flight, including rich mole and cabernet butter sauces, savory chimichurri and black lava salts.
