Grow4Health will be setting up a booth to kick off the company's inaugural event at Friendswood Farmer's market on Saturday from 8 to noon April 7. Micrgreens anyone? They are our next superfood fad. Think small and packed with nutrients. Instead of full grown Bok Choy you are eating a tiny leafy vegetables 3-7 inches tall. Organic and sustainable methods are used. Owner urban farmer culturing those tasty vegetables in a small space of a backyard in League City. I grow, consume, sell, and preach the benefits of Microgreens.
