Sound Healing Meditation Workshop

Deer Lake Lodge and Spa is hosting a Sound Healing Meditation Workshop with Darrell Hicks, a professional body worker, spiritual teacher, certified sound healer and musician. 

Guests will experience a powerful and healing meditation through sacred sound and breathing exercises. The emotional body will use sound and breathing to release unwanted stress. Sound is a carrier wave of consciousness and it will be applied to move stress and pain out of guests’ body and mind.
