Sound Healing Meditation Workshop at Deer Lake Lodge

Darrell Hicks is a professional body worker, spiritual teacher, certified sound healer and musician. He will lead the Sound Healing Meditation Workshop at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Guests will experience a powerful and healing meditation through sacred sound and breathing exercises. The emotional body will use sound and breathing to release unwanted stress. Sound is a carrier wave of consciousness and it will be applied to move stress and pain out of guests' body and mind.
