Michelle Cimafranca has been no stranger to the Houston restaurant industry within the last decade. She started off as server at Joe’s Crab Shack and then amassed various roles in restaurants such as Del Frisco’s and Tasting Room. Now as the Beverage and Training Director of Peli Peli, she strives to ensure that her team always provides an experience that represents the true hospitality of Texas and the South African spirit of Peli Peli.
