- 1 large avocado
- 1–2 slices finely chopped jalapeño
- 1 pinch cayenne
- Ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
- Juice of 1 small lime
Cut avocado in half, remove seed and scoop out flesh. Sprinkle with lime juice and mash until smooth . Mix in jalapeño, cayenne, salt and pepper (to taste). Drizzle in melted butter and, working fast, mix everything until smooth. Chill in the fridge until ready to use. Pipe on top of cupcakes and garnish with oven-dried cherry tomato.
