Sunshine and warmer temperatures bring one of our region’s most delicious critters to the table: crawfish. From the Louisiana waters to our outdoor kitchens and to restaurants eagerly waiting to serve us up the freshest crawfish. While the COVID crisis has prohibited our typical neighborhood and family gatherings noshiing on boiled mudbugs while drinking beer (or wine), you can still get your crawfish fix.
