Tequila 76
2 oz white tequila
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz cinnamon simple sugar
3 oz prosecco

Shake tequila, lemon juice and simple sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass with ice.

Top with prosecco.

Simple, elegant and delicious.

* To make cinnamon simple sugar, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Add cinnamon stick and take off heat. Allow to cool for an hour. Makes 3/4 cup.
