2017 Truffle Masters
DR | Delicacy + Silver Stone Events, are proud to present The Truffle Masters 2017 featuring fresh black truffles imported directly from Spain. The new name represents the culinary mastery that each of the participating chefs embody. The top 24 chefs from Houston’s most high- acclaimed restaurants will compete to create the most delectable, mouthwatering dish using DR | Delicacy’s aromatic and flavorful truffles. Participating celebrity judges include: Charles Carroll, Holly Crawford, Jacques Fox, Alice Levitt, Mai Pham, Tanji Patton, Eric Sandler, Janice Schindeler, Pat Sharpe, Cleverley Stone, Robin Barr Sussman and Katherine Whaley.
Houston’s top culinary talent will prepare truffle-infused dishes in a heated competition featuring guest judges. Confirmed celebrity chefs include:

First place winner will receive a coveted prize of 1kg of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy; First runner up will receive 500gr of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy; and second runner up will receive 250gr of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy. This exclusive event will be limited to 450 guests.
