First Light District's Epic Morning Dance Party

What? A morning dance party!

Why? Because dancing is fun! It's also a great workout.

Why in the morning? Because you should be able to dance whenever you want to...no longer do you have to wait until 2 AM and 7 drinks in to get your club on.

DANCE: For our first event, we'll be partnering with RHYTHM INDIA BOLLYWOOD DANCE to provide some informal dance instruction to some of Bollywood's biggest hits. Let's get those hips and shoulders loose :)
MUSIC: To be provided by DJ Miss Berri www.djmissberri.com
ART: Local artist Trish from Wilder Cricket & Disegno Studio

SCHEDULE (Drop in at anytime)
DOORS OPEN AT 7AM
• 7:00-8:00AM Intros, wake up w/ coffee, snacks & juice!
• 8:00-8:45AM: Stretching/yoga light with Jillian
• 8:45-9:00AM: Dance instruction (Bollywood)with Namrata
• 9:00-10:45AM: Get down dancing w/dance performances intermixed
• 10:45-11AM: Cool down and walk it out!

Theme: Be ready to rage with all your boo-thangs in your fest gear. Rock it out in your boho-themed sunglasses or rager headgear, workout clothes or ultra short Chubbies. #youdoyou

Ahh, Coffee, JuiceLand, water and healthy snacks to be provided!

Stretch element requires yoga mats. If you do not have one, No worries - we will have a few you can borrow! BYO-Towels; Water will be provided!
