- 1/8 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Grade B maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil or walnut oil
In blender, combine all ingredients except the oil. Once mixed, add oil of choice while blender is going to emulsify.
