Flash Freeze Fix for Blackberries

Here is a great method for flash-freezing your berries, courtesy of Carey Poole at P-6 Farms: “Wash your berries and dry them—you can air dry, or you can pat them lightly with a paper towel. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper—it prevents freezer burn—and arrange the berries in a single layer. Now put the cookie sheet in the freezer until they are nice and firm. Transfer them to a Ziploc bag and store them in the freezer!”
