Peaches are in season! Fix this super easy and quick dinner that will make everyone at your table happy.

To grill the peaches: get 1 large freestone peach per person, cut them in half, remove the stones and brush the cut sides with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt (and a little cayenne if you like) and put cut-side down on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately either alongside smoked duck, or topped with pulled smoked duck (in both cases: heat the duck prior to serving).
