  • 1 lbs young onions
  • 1 tablespoon local raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon salt flakes

 Preheat the oven to 350F

 Cut the onions in half. Brush with honey and sprinkle with salt. Roast until soft and caramelized, about 30 minutes (turn regularly).
