Parting Words a Cocktail from Bayou & Bottle

This cocktail was created by one of our Bartenders Julie Lazano as her last cocktail made for the Four Seasons Houston.  It is a take on a tiki cocktail, but she used rye instead of rum.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz rittenhouse rye
  • .75 oz falernum
  • .5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 dash acid Phosphate

Instructions

Combine ingredients into mixing tin, and add ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with one large cube.  Garnish with a cherry.
