Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 Cup(s)
  • 3 good-sized handfuls of herbs and greens (carrot tops, cilantro, arugula, kale, parsley, basil: combine several)
  • 3–5 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
  • pinch of salt (to taste)
  • optional: ¼ to ½ cup mixed seeds and nuts (I love hemp seeds and/or pecans)

Preparation

Put everything in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Season to taste.
