Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dry gin
  • 1 ounce sweet red vermouth
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 grapefruit wheel, for garnish
  • 3–4 micro basil sprigs from Connor’s Greens

Preparation

Combine gin, sweet red vermouth and grapefruit juice in an ice-filled shaker. Cover and shake until condensation appears on the shaker. Pour over fresh ice. Garnish with grapefruit wheel and micro basil. Serve immediately.
