- 1 ounce dry gin
- 1 ounce sweet red vermouth
- 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 grapefruit wheel, for garnish
- 3–4 micro basil sprigs from Connor’s Greens
Combine gin, sweet red vermouth and grapefruit juice in an ice-filled shaker. Cover and shake until condensation appears on the shaker. Pour over fresh ice. Garnish with grapefruit wheel and micro basil. Serve immediately.
