Kick It Up With Texas Kick Beef Jerky

We recently had the opportunity to try 44Farms’ new, award-winning jerky. Simply put, it was terrific - the texture and spice was spot on! The 44Farms Texas Kick small batch beef jerky has a great chew with a good kick of spiciness and a peppery finish that lingers long. The meat is firm with that great grainy texture of beef. Made from 44 Farms Angus Steaks that are favored for their marbling and meaty flavor, this is some kickass jerky. Take Texas Kick beef jerky along for a hike on a hot day and its smoky spiciness will give you an appetizing boost when you need it. Mind you, the kick of spice that comes from the red pepper will probably have you chase it with a couple good gulps from the ice water bottle.
