Join Edible Houston, Cheesemaker Andrea Cudin with Lira Rossa and Chef Maurizio at Sud Italia for an afternoon filled with love, cheese, wine and chocolate!
We'll learn how to make mozzarellla (and maybe ricotta) with Andrea and Chef Marurizio THEN we get to make our own cheese. Drink some wine and nibble on light bites with your lover, best bud and some friends.
