Ripe Cuisine, a healthy, locally sourced, seasonally inspired food truck offers a 100% plant-based, vegan menu. The truck is always on the move feeding the streets of Houston and is available for private events and catering. The Ripe Cuisine Food Truck is the only all-vegan food truck in Houston, making it a truly unique dining experience. The menu highlights local and seasonal produce alongside made from scratch items like their lentil-mushroom veggie burger, beet falafel and even housemade ketchup. Ripe owner Stephanie Hoban is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, and a graduate of New York University and Texas Woman’s University.

Falacos is a 100% vegan and gluten free food truck, serving deliciously unique falafel tacos! Our falafel balls are made with chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, and spices and deep fried in peanut oil. Falacos are served on a corn tortilla (or in a bowl), homemade hummus, 2 falafel balls, veggies and sauce. Falacos food truck also offers a variety of snack options, juices and dessert. Our nutritious food makes healthy eating fun. Available for catering!
