Join Visit Houston, Nicole Buergers, queen bee of Bee2Bee Honey Collective, and Francine Spiering, talented cook and our editor, for a tasting tour of Houston honey and some ideas on how to use honey in your own recipes. Not only does Houston have a diverse population, each neighborhood honey has a unique mix of diverse flora.

We will taste several neighborhood honeys, talk about honey, honey bees and discuss ways to cook with honey in our Thanksgiving and holiday dishes. Plus, we'll demo how to make a dreamy Sunshine Salad Dressing and a simple syrup base for drinks! In addition to your Honey Tasting Kits, add some Elderberry Syrup to help keep you healthy this winter. Bee2Bee mixes organic dried elderberries with their local raw Houston honey for an elderberry syrup to help boost immunity and as an aide when having a cold or the flu.

It’s sure to be a beeautiful way to spend an afternoon!
