MENU - Paella and a rabbit stew cooked in Dutch oven prepared by Chef Ara especially for us. Yum!!
Each participant will learn how to break down a locally grown rabbit from Tejas and bring it home to cook at a later time. Chef Ara will demonstrate cooking methods for the different cuts of rabbit. Recipes will be provided!
We will sample each dish and sip wine. You must bring a very sharp knife (boning knife works best or you can purchase one at a special price - $30/each).
