Appointed in October 2016, General Manager of Bayou & Bottle Peter Pearce has brought his in-depth knowledge and expertise of the food & beverage world to Four Seasons Hotel Houston.
Hailing from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Peter started in the hospitality business at the young age of 14 working for a local restaurants. Having a passion for hospitality and business, Peter graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Administration and went on to get his MBA at the University of Georgia.
Peter worked various jobs before accepting the opportunity to become a learning coach and server for Four Seasons Denver in 2009, where he discovered his desire for all things food & beverage. From there, Peter joined the Four Seasons Hotel Houston team at Quattro Restaurant as the Assistant Manager and continued his career as Restaurant Manager and General Manager for two iconic Houston restaurants before returning back to Four Seasons Hotel Houston as General Manager of Bayou & Bottle.
Having watched Houston’s restaurant and bar scene boom over the past several years, Peter has a deep knowledge of what Houstonians crave, and is continually expanding his creativity with the ever-growing market. “Houston’s restaurant and bar scene has exploded over the last few years and our customers are more knowledgeable than ever before, which ultimately pushes us to continue learning and expanding our creativity,” says Peter. “There are endless opportunities to create exceptional experiences and make memories for our guests, and that’s what I love most about my job.”
In his spare time, Peter enjoys adding to his personal collection of fine and rare whiskeys. He loves traveling with his wife, and two kids and cheering on his University of Georgia Bulldogs.
