- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 2 fresh peaches, peeled and roughly chopped
- ½ jalapeño (or to taste), seeds removed, chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons local honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¾ pint water (or as desired)
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
Add all ingredients except ice to a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds, add the ice and blend again for 30 seconds, until no chunks remain. Pour into a glass and serve.
