Kiran’s Rose Infused Martini

This martini tastes like a rose smells. It is light pink in color, but not overly sweet.

Ingredients

Cocktail
  • 2 oz. rose infused vodka (we use Belvedere)
  • 1 oz. Lillet Rose
Rose infused vodka
  • .5 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 cup dried rose petals
  • 1 liter vodka

Instructions

Build in mixing tin or pint glass, stir briskly, strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with edible rose petals.

To make rose infused vodka:

Combine in glass jar, let sit overnight, strain. In a pinch, 1 teaspoon of rose water can be used in lieu of flowers.
