All We Need is a small woman owned and operated dairy farm in Fort Bend County just 45 minutes from downtown Houston.  Stacey Roussel and her family raise Nubian and Lamancha Dairy Goats.  The milk from their herd is used to make award winning gelato pops which can be found at farmers markets, some of the very best restaurants in Houston, mom and pops shops, a few Bar-B-Q joints and a couple of gas stations and feed stores.

The Roussels have a commitment to sustainable agriculture and a desire to to support other local farmers by using as much local flavor as possible in their pops and creating a product that is both delicious and truly unique to Houston.

Harris County General Store began from pitmaster Danny Hinojosa's love of  bbq and gathering friends and family together for good times.  It started in 2007 as a Football Tailgating and Competition BBQ team called Texas Cyclone Cookers, a staple on the Texas competition circuit.  The competition days of sitting by the pit smoking briskets all night long gave time for thought and brainstorming.  As a result, Tamale Festival Houston and Harris County General Store were conceived. From there, the grEAT MEals grew into it's a passion for serving up delicious, quality bbq at value prices as HCGS officially began in January 2015.
The "BBQ Juke Joint" as Daniel calls it has been serving up Texas BBQ at local fairs, donating meals at charity events, festivals and farmer's markets including the Urban Harvest City Hall Farmer's Market on Wednesdays from 11 am to 1:30 pm and the best BBQ on the Navigation Esplanade's East End Street Market  and coordinated meals for over 1,600 folks during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.   The pop-up tents grew into their own new brick and mortar in January 2018  which is located at 6555 Navigation, 77011 in Houston's East End. We welcome all to come enjoy our grEAT MEals Thursday through Sunday 11 am to 7 pm or we're sold out.  Visit www.hcgsbbq.com for information or https://www.facebook.com/harriscountygeneralstore/ of facebook.
