Whether sipping a cocktail or eating at the bar, Kiran's makes you feel like part of the family

Kiran’s is luscious. The colors are warm, the textures are rich and the light fixtures sparkle. Sinking into the thick woolen carpets, touching the custom-designed tables and reflecting on the beautiful artwork is an immersion into sensory heaven. And that’s before the food ever arrives.

But the luxurious atmosphere, designed to the last detail by Chef Kiran Verma herself, can’t overwhelm the friendly energy of the staff, especially in the bar. The large bar area is designed with comfort and community in mind: soft chairs invite lingering, a community table encourages conversation and a wide bar gives guests space for all the little bowls and plates that come with a traditional Indian meal.

At Kiran’s, no detail is overlooked. The bar staff takes pride in meticulous drinks that reflect the flavors of the kitchen by creatively using ingredients like lychee, pomegranate, ginger and cardamom to—literally—spice up otherwise traditional cocktails. They squeeze all of their own juices and infuse their own syrups, even if the process takes days. In his famous Bloody Mary, Bar Manager Gregg Alston doesn’t settle for less than just-roasted tomatoes and spices blended himself straight from the kitchen.

The bar serves the full restaurant menu as well as a selection of bar bites that provides clever versions of casual favorites like nachos with lamb, fried shrimp “breaded” in coconut and plantain, and sliders made with either lamb or bison. It’s also a glorious place to be a vegetarian, with a wide selection of dishes that would satisfy even a committed carnivore.

Kiran’s truly is a feast for all the senses, so make the trip to treat yourself.
