Inspired by the beauty of South Africa's very own Cape Floristic Region. It is one of six Floral Kingdoms in the world that is environmentally protected and treasured for its unique biodiversity of flora and fauna. We combined a warm, saffron infused gin called Indian Summers, a grapefruit liqueur called Pamplemousse Rose, lemon juice, Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic and an aromatic lemon-lavender mist to create a floral and unique version of the Gin and Tonic. We hope this refreshing aromatic cocktail captures the beauty and charm of the Cape Regions while taking you to a warm and breezy world among beautiful mountain top scenery and wild flowers. “Pamplemousse” is “grapefruit” in French.
