Liberty Kitchen + Oyster Bar's Eddie Burger

For those of you who don't know Chef Lance with F.E.E.D TX restaurant group, he's a surfer - to say that the surf culture influences his inventive recipes and menu development is an understatement. Case in point is the Eddie Burger at Liberty Kitchen + Oyster Bar that is mamed after Eddie Aikau, a famous northshore Hawaiian lifeguard and surfer. Chef Lance was having a burger after surfing one day and a guy who had an Eddie Aikau t-shirt on sat next to him. He asked what the guy was eating - it was a pimento cheese, pickle and onion sandwich.

Fielding's Wood Grill - Smoke Burger

Fielding's takes using local and reclaimed material seriously. The restaurant was built using as many repurposed and energy efficient materials as possible. The wood is antique oak and was reclaimed and recycled from a hay barn built in 1930 in Seymour Missouri, and a corn crib barn built in 1928 in Iowa City, Iowa. Both were abandoned and in dilapidated condition. The woods were transported to Peculiar, Missouri where all the metals were removed, rough sawn, kiln-dried and then custom milled for the original Fielding’s Wood Grill in The Woodlands, Texas.

Buff & Sara believe quality meat and produce make quality burgers; they’re perfect the way they are – “In the Buff” as they say, Burgers Au Natural. BuffBurger is more than an all-natural burger joint— it’s a one of a kind dining experience. You can custom order your burger, choose sides like Parmesan Truffle Fries or steamed Edamame, get a craft beers or wines on tap and top the meal off with a hand-dipped milkshake made with ice cream from a local creamery.

At Urban Eats you can idulge in handcrafted, comfy gourmet fare. They are committed to delivering the freshest product, made every day on site with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Experience many of their locally procured items throughout the menu and in our Urban Market. 

We especially love their outdoor patio along with fantastic Monday - Friday happy hour.

Urban Eats is a bistro, bar, and market all under one roof, known for their fresh and comfy food, craft cocktails, and specialty food market stocked with many locally procured goods and house-made specialties. 

Dish Society

Under the direction of Executive Chef Ulises Lopez, the all-day diner turns out a seasonally changing menu with healthful modern twists on traditional favorites. From salads to burgers and breakfast to dinner, the food is consistently good. 

Not only is the food good, they have fresh squeezed juices and local beer. We enjoy our meals (and drinks) inside with their industrial feel atmosphere or outside in the patio area. Dish Society is counter service for breakfast, lunch, and brunch, and full service for supper and social hour.
