Justin Kouri

Justin Kouri studied ceramics and sculpture at Hiram College. After university he moved to New York to work in art galleries and gain a perspective on the art market, but soon after decided to shift gears and pursue culinary arts where he excelled in aesthetics and plating. Combining food and arts, he worked as a food stylist for Food Network, Martha Stewart Living and other major publications. 

After eight years in New York and successfully established in food media, a sudden decision relocated Kouri to Houston, where he continues to explore the relations between food and art, as chef, writer, photographer and visual artist.
